Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use the services to generate, store, send, or process content that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions regime, including the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• Infringes the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person.
• Constitutes child sexual abuse material, or that exploits, sexualises, or endangers minors in any way.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or organised criminal activity.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to phish credentials or financial information.
• Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, or other code intended to disrupt or compromise systems.
• Harasses, threatens, or defames any individual or group.

2. System integrity and security

You may not:

• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our prior written authorisation under our coordinated disclosure programme.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any authentication, access control, rate limit, or usage measurement.
• Interfere with the proper operation of the services through denial‑of‑service attacks, resource exhaustion, or comparable conduct.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the services, except to the limited extent permitted by mandatory law.

3. Email and messaging

You may not use the services to send unsolicited bulk communications, to spoof message origins, or to conduct activity that breaches anti‑spam or anti‑telemarketing laws in any jurisdiction in which the recipient is located.

4. Permitted security research

We welcome good‑faith security research. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please report it to info@eulercore.com with a clear description and steps to reproduce. We will acknowledge receipt within two business days and work with you in good faith. Researchers acting in compliance with this section will not be subject to legal action by Euler Tech.

5. Reporting abuse

To report suspected abuse of our services or any breach of this Policy, write to info@eulercore.com. Where appropriate, please include the affected URL or account, the date and time of the conduct, and any evidence available to you.

6. Enforcement

Violations of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access, removal of offending content, notification to law enforcement, and any other action we consider appropriate. Where the conduct concerns a customer's end users, we will normally work with the customer to investigate before taking unilateral action.

7. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect new threats, services, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email to account holders.
